**Data Officer - Part Time (20 hours per week)**:
We are seeking a Data Officer to work at our office in Rivervale office on a Part-Time basis. The role will have a fundamental part in supporting AFLS and the services we provide our clients. The successful applicant will assist with service enhancement and evaluation of projects. The role will work closely with the Regional Services Manager to review, develop processes and analyse data.

To be considered for this position you will possess the necessary skills and experience to do the following:
**SELECTION CRITERIA**
- Understanding of Aboriginal Culture.
- Strong knowledge of data input and evaluation.
- Transferrable skills to develop tools to assist with data entry.
- Able to draft or assist with the drafting of data reports.
- Scheduling, coordinating and confirming appointments, and meetings
- Prepare and maintain client legal files and documents.
- Filing and other necessary administrative support
- Carry out other duties as requested by the Line Manager.

**Essential**
- Minimum 2 years experience in previous similar role.
- An undergraduate degree in a related area and/or recent experience in program evaluation and assessment of service impact using quantitative and qualitative methods.
- Growing experience in qualitative and quantitative data analysis methods.
- Experience working in the Legal sector.
- Demonstrated planning and organisational skills.
- Excellent verbal, written and communications skills.
- Efficient time management.
- Experience working as part of a team.
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks at one given time.

**Desirable**
- A proven capacity to creatively deal with challenging issues
- Experience working in Community Legal organisation
- Experience working with Aboriginal people

**Essential Eligibility Requirements**
- Current C class WA Drivers License
- Current Federal Police Clearance
- Working with Children Check
- Covid Vaccination Certificate

**Additional Extras**
- 5 weeks annual leave
- Salary Sacrifice of $15,899 pa
- Access to support services such a s 24/7 EAP and an in-house councillor.

The successful applicant will need to gain and demonstrate a broad general knowledge of AFLS and the suite of services that it delivers and the sites that it delivers from, as well as the ability to identify key personnel and have contact details available for all other AFLS sites.
