**About the Role**
Report directly to Finance Manager - AU/NZ, the role of the Finance & Admin Officer is primarily responsible assisting the AU/NZ Finance team with day-to-day administration duties of CTM & TRAMADA. This role is very involved and will bring new challenges and rewards each day as you assist with Contract management as well as AR and AP functions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the accounts receivable function for Tramada, including processing invoices timely and accurately, reviewing contracts and pursuing all outstanding debts for collection
- Manage and update clients’ contracts. Liaise with contract managers and relevant parties
- Assist with the accounts payable function for AU/NZ region
- Delivering a high standard of communication and customer service to internal and external customers and colleagues
- Providing financial and administrative assistance to the Finance Team as required

**Skills and Experience**
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in similar role
- A formal qualification in Finance is desirable but not essential
- Previous AP, AR & Administration experience is highly relevant
- Experience with Jira tickets, SAP software (SAP Business one and Concur) or similar
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to be able to communicate with all levels
- Solutions orientated
- Team player with a strong work ethic
- Must have can-do attitude
- Experience in the travel industry is desirable but not essential
