We are currently looking for a Finance Officer on a minimum 12 month contract. As a key member of the Finance team, the Finance Officer is responsible for assisting with the day to day accounts payable/receivable, data entry and expense management of various finance functions.

**What you will be doing**
- Code and enter supplier invoices into the system
- Distribute supplier invoices to relevant managers for approval
- Prepare manual and digital invoices for review
- Prepare reports for debt follow up
- Assist with the expense management reconciliation and reporting
- Support the team with other ad hoc jobs as directed
- Assist with debt collection
- Assist with bank reconciliation
- Maintain general finance admin duties
- Manage company credit card enquires

**What you will need to bring to the role**
- Previous experience working as a Finance Officer or Senior Bookkeeper
- Significant experience using a general ledger system (Netsuite or equivalent)
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Word skills
- Comfortable learning and utilising new technologies/software programs
- Comfortable taking on the responsibility for managing multiple clients and deadlines

- Strong track record of delivering high quality work in a fast-paced environment
- Degree qualified not necessary
