**The Role**
Due to natural progression, an opportunity has become available for a motivated Finance Officer to join the finance team. This role will be relied on across head office and operations sites, ensuring transactional accounting excellence and adding value in a broad accounting team.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Oversee receipt of goods and services and ensure compliance with before processing payments.
- Review invoices and prioritize payments based on value & urgency.
- 3 way matching and suggesting improvements for policies and procedures.
- Assist with operational activities and maintain accounts payable records.
- Ensure timely response to supplier queries and accurate recording of foreign currency payments.

**About You**
You will bring at least two years of experience within an Finance Officer/Accounts Payable role, with attention to detail and time management skills a must. You will be interested in working for a leading resources group and ideally also bring strong ERP experience.
