About the Role
Lead a dynamic team of family violence specialists providing critical support to vulnerable families across Melbourne's west. You'll oversee service delivery, mentor staff, and ensure our clients receive trauma-informed, culturally responsive care. This full-time position offers the opportunity to shape programs that break cycles of violence and build safer communities.
What You'll Do
- Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team of family violence practitioners
- Provide clinical supervision and professional development support
- Collaborate with police, courts, child protection, and community partners
- Ensure compliance with service standards and funding requirements
- Champion best-practice approaches in family violence intervention

What We're Looking For
- Tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years leadership experience in family violence or related services
- Strong understanding of trauma-informed practice and safety planning
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Current Police Check and Working with Children Check
