Treatment Foster Care Oregon (TFCO) is an evidence-based program providing an alternative to residential care supporting reunification outcomes for children and young people aged 7-11.

As OzChild Case Coordinator you work alongside and in collaboration with the Treatment Foster Care Oregon team under the guidance and support of a program supervisor. Your role as part of that team is to improve outcomes for young people by providing case support and coordination to ensure that the children in the TFCO program receive effective services and that outcomes are measured, recorded, and inform quality improvement

**What you will do**:

- Provide case support and coordination for Children in the TFCO Program
- Assist with the recording, collation, dissemination of data, and oversee administrative clinical requirements of TFCO
- Liaise with Department for Children, Youth Justice and Multicultural Affairs (DCYJMA) to ensure each young person has a current Case and Cultural Support Plan
- Participate in the development of Cultural Care plans in line with the young person’s Case and Cultural Support Plan in consultation with internal and external Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander staff and stakeholders
- Coordinate and assist with Quality Accreditation, Licensing, organisational and program requirements
- Build operational partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to enable strong working relationships and facilitate issue resolution
- Collate and produce various program reports (Case Studies, Closure reports)
- Develop and maintain relationships to ensure the delivery of service and achievement of outcomes

**Who we are looking for**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Community Services, Child Protection, Social Work, or related field
- Experience with QLD out of home care sector requirements
- Experience in assessing and supporting foster carers (desirable)
- Ability to juggle different tasks
- Demonstrated experience in the out-of-home-care sector
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills
- Strong computer skills including database entry, word processing, and the Microsoft Office suite of programs
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Demonstrated experience working with a variety of services, agencies, and community groups
