The role The primary responsibility of this role is to support the effective planning and implementation of project deliverables within the QVAD Review Board IMS project. This includes assisting in the coordination of timelines, procurement activities, budget monitoring, and the preparation of written reports, meeting papers, and other correspondence. The role requires implementing project management tools and methods to ensure tasks and activities are delivered efficiently. Additionally, the role involves participating in data collection, conducting basic research, and maintaining compliance with defined service quality standards, occupational health, and safety policies.
The successful personTo succeed in this role, you will demonstrate a strong ability to identify areas for improvement with an innovative mindset, while maintaining a focus on both customer needs and project outcomes. You will possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build and maintain positive relationships with team members and collaborate effectively with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
Additionally, you will have a proven track record of working independently as well as part of a team, excelling in high-pressure environments where meeting deadlines and adapting to change is crucial. Your strong initiative, organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills will ensure success, along with high-level written and verbal communication abilities, including the capability to produce high-quality reports, data sets, and presentations.
