Data Insights Coordinator

Reporting to the Data Manager this 12-month contract will fulfil requests for insights, reports, extracts and information about our key datasets.
Working collaboratively within the Data Team you will manage data set predominantly from our donor data with accountabilities including:
- Segment and extract data for a variety of campaigns and channels
- Provide analysis during and post campaigns
- Determining the fitness of data for use and monitoring the ongoing condition of data
- Contributes to root cause analysis of data issues and helps the organisation identify business process and technical improvements that contribute to higher quality data
- Ensure data privacy and security standards are adhered to
**What you will bring**
To be successful in this newly created role you will enjoy working in a team and collaborating with stakeholders across all levels. You will be motivated by being part of a humanitarian aid organisation and ideally can demonstrate:
- Advanced Excel and Access skills
- Familiarity with, and proven ability to work with complex data sets
- Power BI skills
- Exposure to a CRM database
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent analytical thinking skills
- Excellent time management skills with an ability to deliver to deadlines and manage competing demands
- Confident communication skills
