**Company and Role Insights**:
Our client specialises in Industrial and Commercial property providing a complete end-to-end solution from development and planning to construction and sign-off.

Currently, they outsource the design function, but as they continue to grow they now want to bring this function in-house and grow the design element.

They are looking for a registered architect who is interested in being part of this growing company and being an integral part of projects from end to end, working with clients from the concept, planning, development and construction phases.

You will be the main design person in the company working on a range of industrial and commercial projects, generally ranging between 5 to 8 per year and growing. You will lead the design function and work hand in hand with the Directors throughout the project from concept to completion.

This is the perfect role for someone who enjoys working on projects end to end, being involved in both the concept and construction stages including working hand in hand with people on site. You will manage all phases and design elements of the projects including concept, planning, consultant coordination, documentation, construction and sign-off.

**About you**:
This is the perfect role for someone who enjoys being involved in all project phases, being involved in construction and work hand in hand with construction teams to see the design brought to life.

This is a great opportunity to come in and make this your own and setup the design function including how it operates, so you will have the ability to choose your preferred software, Revit, ArchiCAD, or what you prefer. This role offers you an ability to be part of something growing and to grow with it, whilst you will start as the primary design person, overtime as the company continues to grow, you be able to grow the design function and team as needed.
