The Technology Platforms Manager is responsible for managing IT operations and critical third-party services across the Bank. They handle feature development, testing, and support for various banking systems, while also engaging with business units to influence product roadmaps and optimise vendor relationships. Additionally, they ensure proper governance and SLA management in collaboration with legal and procurement teams.

- Lead the evolution of IT Services by securing top talent, tools, and budgets to deliver standout customer experiences
- Lead the team through a transformation journey and change via AI driven automation of processes and testing automation for all vendor quality verification
- Own the budget with precision, ensuring every investment fuels strategic growth
- Design and execute operational plans, leveraging AI that power long-term success and business alignment
- Transform systems by identifying inefficiencies and leading automation and process innovation utilising AI and Agile ways of working
- Take charge of RFPs, negotiate high-value contracts, and manage vendor relationships that deliver results
- Ensure excellence through vendor collaboration, compliance oversight, and continuous system improvement via AI
- Set ambitious goals, interpret financial insights, and lead teams to deliver measurable, high-impact outcomes

- Bridged the gap between tech and business with deep expertise in enterprise architecture, ITIL, Agile, DevOps, and compliance
- Transformed IT operations into engines of efficiency and resilience using AI and Agile. AI, Test Automation and Scaled Agile experience is essential
- Made smart, data-driven decisions by weighing commercial impact against risk with sharp business acumen
- Influenced at every level—navigating stakeholders, negotiating contracts, and leading with clarity and confidence
