**Your new role**

You will need to schedule the technicians looking after the fire and mechanical service and make sure that everything runs smoothly, you will be based at the office working in a team of 70 people offering lot of support and a great team environment.
- Maintenance administration including working orders, quoting, induction management and file management
- Daily monitoring and updating of all maintenance requests and following up with staff and customers
- Raise and manage jobs in our software management system
- Attending meetings with customers to discuss ongoing maintenance cases

**What you'll need to succeed***
- Experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and customer service skills
- Service experience preferred by not essential
- Experience handling difficult and complex situations
- Excellent written, verbal and numerical skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Computer literate with experience in Microsoft Office package
