Our Australian operations, under which 7 brands currently operate, are rapidly expanding and since WHSmith is expected to continue this growth, we are looking for a Inventory Officer to join us on this journey.

**Position Summary**:
This exciting opportunity as a Inventory Officer to join our existing Inventory team to support the thorough replenishment of stock across our national business. This is a great opportunity for a junior or experienced admin officer to grow their skills in the retail inventory space

**Role responsibilities include**:

- Support the team with replenishment of inventory across the whole business
- Review and maintain replenishment parameters
- Liaise with varied stakeholders on replenishment needs
- Place and manage seasonal and replenishment orders
- Liaise with leadership in inventory productivity
- Liaise with leadership, marketing and space analyst to support the execution of promotions for replenishment products
- Generation and distribution of weekly/regular reports
- Data entry

**Key criteria include**:

- Experience with admin or data entry role
- Supply chain experience
- Skills in MS Excel
- Experience with Torex or similar stock management systems
- Keen eye for detail
- Strong Communication Skills
