As we thrive in our post-COVID recovery, we are looking for a keen Inventory Officer to join us and support our growth. **Position Summary**:
This exciting opportunity as a Inventory Officer will be responsible the replenishment of products to ensure in-stock and week’s cover requirements are met and inventory investment is optimised. Categories of responsibility include card, gifting, and souvenirs.

**Role responsibilities include**:

- Determine and continually review the optimum distribution method for seasonal and replenishment inventory
- Review, recommend and maintain replenishment parameters/settings in stock management system
- Liaise with varied stakeholders on replenishment parameters/settings
- Maintain COGS forecasts for promotional and replenishment products alongside Channel Manager
- Place and manage seasonal and replenishment orders
- Liaise with Channel Manger in managing, inventory productivity and service levels
- Liaise with Channel Manger, marketing and space analyst to plan and execute promotions for replenishment products
- Assist in the creation of reporting to support buyer and store operations requirements
- Generation and distribution of weekly/regular reports
- Conduct of detailed ad hoc analysis to understand stock levels, sales performance, in-stock positions
- Develop (with manager) exception reporting in monitoring replenishment performance to ensure that corrective action is taken promptly

**Key criteria include**:

- Experience with managing replenishment processes and reporting
- Supply chain experience - solid understanding of product flow (PO/GR placement through to receipt at store)
- Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Excel
- Experience with Torex or similar stock management systems
- Keen eye for detail
- Strong Communication Skills
