**About the Centre**:

- Papilio Early Learning Sherwood Centre features convenient access to public transport with a bus stop out front with just a 5-minute walk from the train station, offering spacious play areas, including a water park. Join our friendly tam of educators and management in a small, family-oriented community.

**About the Role**
- Manage the day to day operations of the Centre/s in line with company policies and procedures, meeting compliance and financial targets.
- Create long-lasting connections with your local community including partnerships with families and use your marketing flair to strategically increase occupancy of the service.
- Mentor and support the centre/s to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards

**About you**
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
- Strong experience in a Centre Manager role
- A current Working with Children’s Check
- Experienced in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standard
