- Leading and mentoring a passionate team, including early career psychologists

- Managing a small, caseload with a focus on child and adolescent counselling or assessments

**About Hopscotch & Harmony Psychology**

We're a well-established, multi-award-winning private practice renowned for its focus on child and adolescent mental health, parent support, and assessments. We pride ourselves on creating a warm, friendly working environment and are excited to welcome a driven, passionate psychologist to join our clinical management team.

**About You**:
You are a driven and energetic professional with a passion for achieving quality clinical outcomes. You will have a personable approach and can develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, clinicians, management and our administrative team as well as external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated skills in leading clinicians and/or experience in a similar role will be highly regarded
- Experience in providing child and adolescent therapy or administering assessments in a private practice setting
- Preferred (but not essential) that you're a Board-approved Supervisor
- Enjoy working collaboratively with our supportive, innovative leadership team
- Passionate about systems, processes, and helping clinicians understand the administrative and business side of private practice
- Willingness to travel between clinics (current vehicle and drivers licence compulsory)
- Eager to influence the future direction of Hopscotch & Harmony

- Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance

- Eligibility for a Medicare Provider Number
