A state-of-the-art early learning centre where imaginations soar and little learners blossom. Our doors are open from 6:30am to 6:30pm, offering 108 places across beautifully designed environments for Babies, Toddlers, and Kindergarten children.

At Park Ridge, we provide a home-like atmosphere filled with warmth, calm, and genuine care. Through play-based learning, children are encouraged to explore, imagine, and discover — experiencing a rich, sensory environment that sparks curiosity and growth every day.

**Skills & Strengths & Style**

- A **Diploma in Early Childhood Education** (or an ACECQA-approved equivalent).
- A current **Working with Children Check**.
- Strong knowledge of the **EYLF** and **National Quality Standards**.
- **Full Australian working rights**.
- A professional, approachable, and friendly presentation.
- The **confidence and curiosity** to build genuine connections with families and the local community.
- A **team-first mindset** and a passion for making a real difference.
- Two professional references, including one from a current or former childcare/education manager or supervisor.
