**About the role: Research Consultant Qualitative & Quantitative**
As a Dualist Research Consultant, you'll lead projects from pitch to presentation, manage clients confidently, and build strategic relationships.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Conversing with clients to deeply understand their problems
- Crafting research proposals
- Conducting qualitative and quantitative fieldwork
- Translating data into actionable insights
- Delivering reports and engaging client presentations
- Mentoring junior team members.
Projects range from behaviour change to communications evaluation, strategy, segmentation, customer experience, branding, and choice modelling.
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years of agency-side experience in social or commercial research
- Proven end-to-end project management
- Qualitative methodologies - IDI’s, groups & workshops
- Technical quant skills with SPSS, Q, and Excel
- Empathy, humility, and critical thinking
