**About the Role**
The Regional Manager will effectively lead and manage business and administrative functions for Allied Health services across the Concentric Health Services (CHS) within the region.

Oversee implementation of and adherence to system and development procedures within the region to ensure the organisation is providing a smooth efficient service that meets the expectations and needs of clients and clinicians. Contribute to improving and standardising operations and managerial standards and to increase profitability of and expand CHS clinics and services.

**About You**
- Demonstrated experience effectively leading and mentoring a team, preferably including allied health professionals
- Experience delivering services under the NDIS and/or Aged Care.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering superior customer experience and client outcome
- Demonstrated skills in managing and capacity building a diverse workforce
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
- Lead delivery of person-centred care and support
- Demonstrated ability to drive operational performance through implementing systems and processes to ensure key objectives are met
