**The Opportunity**:
An exciting opportunity to join Zap Fitness 24/7 Australia's fastest-growing 24-hour gym chain in a senior capacity. We are looking for a proven, career-driven Personal Trainer who wants to take on leadership and people development responsibilities. In this role, you will take on responsibility for the recruitment, mentoring, training, and success of Personal Trainers in Tasmania Central.

This part-time opportunity will be responsible for the personal trainers in our clubs across Tasmania.

**Responsibilities**:
*
Recruitment, development, and management of independent personal training contractors

*
Management and roll-out of Zap's fitness-related programs

*
Daily management, communication, and reporting of club member fitness services

*
Achieving budgeted revenues and associated cost lines

*
Overseeing relevant operational and OH&S systems and procedures.

**To be successful in this role you will need**:
**Essential**:
*
A minimum of two years of experience in successfully running a Personal Training business

*
Cert III & IV in Fitness - registered and insured with Fitness Australia

*
Current First Aid and CPR Certificates

*
Exceptional people and communication skills with the ability to motivate, engage and inspire others
