**Who and what are we looking for?**

Gemlife Residential Construction division are moving in to start the construction of the residences for our Tweed resort. We need an experienced team for this Tweed Waters residential construction project.

If you have previous experience as a plant operator in residential, keep reading You are a person enjoys the mix of plant operating with some labouring. You are fit and physically strong and want to get the work done in a really good cultural environment.

We are looking for operators with tickets for Skid Steers and Excavators. Experience is essential, there will be cutting of driveways and house slabs, spreading work, must be good at working at heights with the excavator and there will be bulking of material.

**About You**
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Be licenced and able to operate the above equipment.
- Be reliable and trustworthy with the ability to work with little supervision and be able to work as part of a team.
- Strong safety initiative
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Be reliable and dedicated to the role.
- General knowledge of the construction industry and environmental principles and relevant legislation/standards.
- Current Driver's Licence
- Construction Industry Card (White Card)
