**Key responsibilities**:

- Process transactions and documentation accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer needs are met.
- Respond to inquiries and resolves issues, acting as a first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support operational excellence by maintaining accurate records, performing quality checks, and identifying opportunities to improve processes.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders, assisting colleagues, sharing knowledge, and helping meet team goals.
- Manage priorities and deadlines, often handling sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting process efficiencies and supporting special projects as required.

**To succeed in this role, we’d love you to have**:

- **Banking and finance experience**: Experience in banking, finance, or related industries** at any level** is preferred but not essential — we value skills, attitude, and potential above all.
- We offer flexible work options that put our people first and a** hybrid model** of minimum 60% on site attendance **(3 days a week).**
- This role is Full-time (**38 hours per week, Monday - Friday**), 12 Month Fixed Term Contract, based at any of our head office locations. Ideally Bendigo or Adelaide.
