Forensicare provides specialist forensic mental health services across 12 of Victoria’s 14 prisons with expansion underway to include Western Plains in the Barwon region. This position based at Ravenhall Correctional Centre in Melbourne's west, provides 75 prison-based custodial mental
health beds as well as assessments and outpatient services provided in maximum-security forensic mental health complex within the medium-security prison.

Our Corporate Office is located at Thomas Embling Hospital just 15 minutes north of the city. Due to our announced expansion across all Directorates, we have a need for experienced like-minded professionals to join our team to support our growing services. Our Directorates includes Thomas Embling Hospital, Prison Operations and our Community Directorate with highly skilled disciplines including Nursing, Lived Experience, Occupational Therapy, Psychiatry, Psychologists and Social Work. We have an outstanding L&D and discipline Educator co-hort that continually upskill our already skilled and supportive team.
**About the Role**:
**Duties**:

- Co-design and support the implementation of diversity, equity, inclusion and wellbeing initiatives
- Provide advice to leaders and teams on inclusive practices and respectful behaviours
- Advise internal stakeholders on how to integrate inclusive and wellbeing-focused practices into their daily practises
- Assist in the development and delivery of programs that build inclusive capability, promote employee wellbeing, and foster a culture of belonging.

**About You**:

- Qualifications in diversity and inclusion, human resources, psychology, organisational development, social sciences or a related field will be highly regarded
- Sound understanding of DEIW legislative requirements and workplace health and wellbeing frameworks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and work independently
