**About the role**
We have an opportunity for a **Multicultural Community Liaison Officer** (MCLO) to be part of our North Shore Police Area Command. The Multicultural Community Liaison Officer is responsible for providing advice and support in the management of multicultural issues for NSWPF. They establish and maintain close personal rapport, implement strategies to engage and work effectively with culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) communities and influence responsive and sensitive service delivery to these communities.
Chatswood Police Station is located a short walk from Chatswood Railway Station which is serviced by Sydney Trains, Metro services and various bus services. Chatswood CBD contains two major shopping centres Westfield and Chatswood Chase with a busy mall area joining the two - all within a short walk from the Police Station.
Applicants **must**hold a current driver’s licence with no traffic offences recorded on their driving history within the last six (6) months or NSW Police Force Bronze Certification.
