STRA Services is partnered with one of Australia’s leading holiday accommodation providers.

We are looking for a small cleaning team/s to join our network. We manage the Housekeeping Services for 400 properties and we have 50 teams working with us across our 4 locations. Our housekeeping teams are the backbone of our business, helping us deliver homes for guests that are immaculately presented and fastidiously maintained. If you are a Cleaning team of 1 or a small team of up to 3 we want to hear from you. We also work with larger teams we have teams working with us ranging from single cleaning contractors up to Teams of 20 people.

Cleaning teams must be available 7 days per week, we need you to be flexible to fit in our properties to your schedule.

We urgently need teams in the following areas.
- **Culburra Beach and surounds, NSW **_

**Why work with us?**

We are looking for the best in the business Experienced cleaners who have a solid understanding of preparing holiday rental properties and can manage all aspects of an Airbnb style clean. This includes bedmaking, placing amenities in the home, reporting on any issues at the property and ensuring a property is 'guest ready'.

We are after teams that can self-manage and are ready to expand their business through a consistent flow of work. Join us if you are looking to build a business or we can place you with one of our cleaning partners in the area if you prefer to work part-time.

**Working with STRA services**
- Monitor and manage your business using our cleaning APP
- We provide you with a steady flow of work
- We focus on short term accommodation hotel-style cleaning.

If you are a cleaning business or sole trader and meet the below, we want to work with you.
- Relevant cleaning experience - bed making and hospitality cleaning preferred;
- Cleaning teams of 2 or more people ready to go are preferred, if you are a single operator would you be willing to have someone join your team?;
- Public Liability Insurance - we can help you arrange
- Own Transport - Absolutely essential
- Your own cleaning equipment and supplies

**Job Types**: Subcontract, Freelance

**Salary**: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour
