**Description**:
About the Role
We are looking to appoint a Service Technician to join our Central workshop team in the Major repairs division. Reporting to the Team Leader you will be an integral part of our local team with your main functions being servicing and maintaining the assets of the branch.

Your key accountabilities in this role will be
- Carry out mechanical inspection in accordance with manufacturers & OHS requirements
- Ensure jobs are logged in the service module and paperwork is completed daily
- Monitor and record parts usage
- Ensure equipment for delivery/swap outs are cleaned and serviced to a high standard
- Ensure Occupational Health and Safety requirements, Safe Operating Procedures/Operating Practices are always adhered to
- Report any damages of equipment to the Branch Manager immediately

**Skills and Experiences**:
Skills and Experience
Ideally you will have the following
- Trade qualified - mechanical, hydraulics, fitter and/or auto electrical
- Forklift and EWP licences (highly desirable)
- Ability to problem solve
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Hire industry experience (highly regarded)
