Rostering Clerk

Working as a part of a larger team, the Rostering Clerk will be responsible for providing clerical support for the day-to-day operational management for all sites within ONCALL QLD.

In this casual role, the shifts available will be **6am to 2pm** and **2pm to 10pm**.

**You can expect to**:

- Be the direct point of contact for employees in relation to roster management.
- Manage rostering for sites and individual client supports, shift swaps and any other roster changes daily.
- Develop and maintain a good rapport with staff and stakeholders.
- Respond to and appropriately manage employee queries in regard to their rosters.

**You will bring**:

- Previous rostering experience would be ideal, but transferable skills and experience from a call centre/customer service role would also be valued.
- Previous experience in the disability support sector, or a genuine interest in joining this sector.
- Strong communication skills, time management and ability to multi-task.
- Solid IT skills (including Microsoft Office and Database experience).
