**About the role**:
We are looking for a Technology Change Communications lead to join our fast-growing team. You will be developing an integrated program of communications to team members that help them engage with the Technology strategy, transformation changes and key operations changes as part of Tech Change Management Practice.

You will manage the Technology Management and Transformation (TMT) team’s specific communications to broader Tech teams and business, and consolidate TMT team's communications channels and style to help drive and develop the narrative for Technology changes across all portfolios.

**About you and your skills**:

- Must have experience in developing, implementing, and communicating technology change stories, strategy and operations to a wide impacted audience
- Ability to work across multiple and varying projects - providing communications support at both project and portfolio change level
- Strong visual delivery of communication messages with heavy creative demand, as well as clarity and freshness of communication
- A solid understanding of landing change via various communication channels in different areas of the business e.g. Technology, Business Units, Stores etc.
- Experience with large-scale organisational change efforts. Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization
- Experience developing and setting up SharePoint and Confluence pages and associated content - preferred but not essential
- Being able to influence at senior level but also to work operationally with the programs and wide business stakeholder network
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle
- Experience developing and implementing surveys and generating associated reports
