**Customer Service Specialist**:
**About the role**:
In this vital customer focused role, you will have the opportunity to work within a supportive and positive team environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers
- Proactive end-to-end management of customer orders across our dynamic supply chain
- Managing the communication flow between our customers and our business
- Being the pivotal link between our customers and our internal stakeholders, making Infrabuild our customers’ supplier of choice

Ideally you will have the following:

- Demonstrated passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships
- Ability to multi-task, problem solve with a strong attention to detail
- Commitment and passion for safety
