**About the role**

This is a great opportunity to learn and make a difference in a busy ER team, in an organisation committed to continuous improvement and in making a substantial difference in the community. Your day to day responsibilities will consist of:

- Reviewing and updating position descriptions and conducting pay and classification reviews;
- Responding to and allocating enquiries from the Human Resource Support Desk;
- Supporting the Employment Relations team in the administration of enterprise agreements including research, minutes, Intranet updates, and record keeping;
- Providing overall employment relations support including participating in HR projects;
- Assisting with the interpretation of legislation, awards, employment agreements and entitlements for employees;
- Contributing to the successful completion of regular, ad hoc and ongoing audits relating to industrial relations, employee relations, remuneration and benefits, and report inconsistencies and non-compliance issues.

A degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent experience is a must, as is a minimum two years’ experience providing employment relations advice and/or support. A demonstrated understanding of the general provisions of the Fair Work Act 2009, and experience in award/enterprise agreement interpretation and policy and procedure review will be highly regarded.
