**About the Team and the Work**:
The team consists of seasoned litigators representing a diverse clientele, ranging from public and private corporations to government authorities, SMEs, and individuals across Australia. The scope of work is varied and engaging, covering general contractual disputes, Corporations Act issues, property disputes, defamation, and both personal and corporate insolvency. This role promises direct client interaction, involvement in a multitude of matters, and regular appearances in both State and Federal courts, with opportunities for secondments on interesting matters.
The team culture is relaxed and flexible, valuing support and not taking themselves too seriously while promoting individual goals and aspirations.
**About You**:
- 3 to 6 years of experience in Commercial Litigation and/or Insolvency practice.
- A value for a relaxed, collegiate environment and flexibility.
- Strong academic qualifications and superior written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Capability to interact with clients directly, work autonomously, and collaborate effectively within the team.
