**Company**:
Our client is an international premium fashion apparel business with a vast product offering ranging from small leather goods to apparel and footwear catered to men, women and children.

**Role**:
You will join a well set-up and resourced team with support and assistance readily available. This is a contract role (minimum 10 months) with potential for permanency. In this role, you will oversee all offshore import processes up until stock is received by the Sydney 3PL.

This includes:

- Working closely with freight forwarders and warehouse managers to ensure goods are processed within set KPIs delivery targets are met and within budget.
- Ensuring strict adherence to the relevant legislation and operational frameworks e.g. Australian Quarantine Inspection Service and Customs
- Close management of consolidation of containers from Asia

**You**:

- Previous experience in Freight Forwarding Logistics OR Retail/Wholesale Supply Chain
- Possess strong knowledge of importation document requirements (e.g. LCL, FCL, Bill of Lading)
- Proactive and creative problem solver
- Are a strong communicator with previous experience liaising with international stakeholders such as suppliers
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel
