Troocoo are currently working with an incredible and dynamic ASX listed organisation based in Varsity Lakes who are looking for an Accounts Officer to join their team on a temporary basis.

We are seeking experienced Accounts Officers, who are available immediately for this temporary assignment.

Working within a broader finance team you will be responsible for providing additional support across a number of different functions. On a day-to-day basis the responsibilities include:

- End to end AP and AR
- Ensure AR & AP subsidiary ledgers reconcile with general ledger control accounts
- Completed AR & AP account reconciliations
- Liaise with customers and suppliers to resolve queries
- Preparation and processing of customer invoices and remittances
- Preparation for authorisation of payment batches in banking systems in accordance with delegated authorities

The successful applicant will be immediately available, have a strong transactional accounts background with an eye for detail. You will pride yourself on your professionalism and ability to work with others to achieve results.
