**About the Role**

The Gardener role provides quality gardening services to the Bethania Gardens facility and its stunning surrounding grounds. You'll be responsible for typical duties such as maintaining garden beds, lawn mowing, reticulation maintenance, pruning, window cleaning and more. In providing these services to the facility, you will play a role in bettering the lives of our residents through contributing towards the creation of a stunning, homely environment for them.

**Key duties include**:

- Planting and maintaining garden beds and pot plants. Fertilising and aerating lawns. Trimming and pruning trees.
- Maintenance and cleaning for the windows, entrances/exits and car park.
- Contributing towards a customer service experience for the residents.

**This role is located at our stunning Bethania Gardens facility in Bethania. The role will be hired on a permanent full time basis and works from 0830 - 1630, Monday - Friday. Tools and an on-site vehicle are provided as part of the role.**

**Skills & Experience**

**Key selection criteria includes**:

- Possess or willing to obtain an NDIS clearance.
- Possess rights to work in Australia.
- Possess a valid drivers licence.
