**Your new role**
You will lead and collaborate on the project management of EIA projects and referrals to facilitate timely and robust assessments and decision making. Alongside, coordinating management of the statutory EIA and referral processes on behalf of the Minister for Planning. The initial contract length is four months, however given the significant project pipeline, there is high probability of extensions..... or even opportunities to transition into a permanent employee Essentially, this opening offers an unparalleled career opportunity not just for the short term, but for the foreseeable future.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- You will need experience in environmental planning with a relevant tertiary qualification being highly regarded.
- You will have demonstrated experience in effectively project managing environmental impact assessments and statutory approval processes for large and complex projects, including managing risks and taking sound actions to respond and achieve outcomes.
- You must be motivated and dynamic, with a desire to continue to learn and develop.
