The Torrens to Darlington (T2D) Alliance, comprising of John Holland, Bouygues Construction, Arcadis Australia, Jacobs and Ventia has successfully secured the contract to deliver the final 10.5km section of the North-South Corridor, contributing to a long-lasting legacy for the community and people of Adelaide.

The project scope is concentrated on a 10.5km motorway, including more than 4kms of twin three lane tunnels, road and bridge construction and complex M&E installations. Open to traffic in 2031, the T2D alliance will offer the people of Adelaide an incredible opportunity to be a part of an iconic project, career stability and the opportunity for career progression and development.

**The role**:
As the Training Advisor on T2D your primary responsibility will be to execute the Training Management Plan and be responsible for the design, coordination and delivery of training initiatives and programs. Programs will be sourced and/or developed to equip staff with the knowledge, skills and attitudes to efficiently and effectively meet the current and future business needs of the T2D Project.

You will act as the main point of contact for all induction, training and competency requirements and ensure that employees and managers develop and build capability in technical skills, safety and performance.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Develop high quality learning and development materials and programs.
- Contribute to a robust learning and development function for the Project by reviewing, improving and streamlining current processes and systems, and leading end-end projects and initiatives.
- Partner with Managers to provide operational support and advice
- Deliver presentations, facilitate meetings, inductions and training workshops, and engage with various work groups to achieve desired outcomes.
- Source and deliver solutions to technical training requirements whilst evaluating costs and benefits within the project.
- Regularly report on training outcomes including the project’s workforce participation targets.

**About you**:

- Qualifications in Education/Training, Human Resources, Organisational Development or similar. (Cert 4 in T&A preferred).
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role within Learning and Development or similar (preferably within the construction industry or similar).
- Clear understanding of Vocational Education and Training, the AQTF and training systems.
- Current knowledge of Traineeships and Apprenticeships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Well developed prioritisation and multi-tasking skills
