An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced **HSE Advisor** to join a globally recognised leader in the building and construction industry. Known for their commitment to innovation, quality, and safety, our client is delivering some of the most ambitious projects across Australia and internationally.

**About the Role** This is a **full-time permanent position** based in **Adelaide**, initially supporting a high-profile major project. As the **HSE Advisor**, you will play a vital role in driving compliance with WHS regulations and embedding a strong safety culture across all operational levels of the business.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Champion on-site safety by identifying hazards and mitigating risks
- Lead toolbox talks, site inductions, safety committee meetings, and WIP inspections
- Partner with Project Managers to ensure WHS training and information is up to date
- Assist with return-to-work plans in collaboration with subcontractors and RTW coordinators
- Represent the site during audits and contribute to the ongoing maintenance of safety and quality systems
- Support and coach team members in the use of internal HSEQ systems

**About You** You are an experienced HSE professional with a strong presence on-site, a proactive mindset, and a collaborative approach. You will bring:

- **Cert IV in WHS/OHS** (mandatory)
- Minimum 3** years’ experience** in a dedicated HSE Advisor role within the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of the **WHS Act, Regulations, Codes of Practice**, and Australian Standards
- Confident communicator with the ability to engage all levels of stakeholders
- A willingness to learn and coach others in internal safety systems

**Desirable qualifications**:

- Cert IV in Training & Assessment
- Cert IV in Construction Environmental Management
