**Part time GP with an interest in Palliative Medicine**

We are looking for General Practitioners with an interest in providing Palliative care in the home. This position is located in the Perth Metro area.

You will need:

- a relevant tertiary qualification in the medical profession with demonstrated experience in field of expertise
- post graduate specialist qualification i.e. FRACGP, FRACP or equivalent
- an Experienced GP who has either worked in Palliative Care or has a keen interest in Palliative Care
- an interest in community medicine and understanding of the interdisciplinary nature of care
- well-developed communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal)
- organisational skills to effectively plan and prioritise work
- the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
