**About the Centre**

Our $27.3 million redevelopment has transformed us into a premier destination for health, fitness, and fun. Our state-of-the-art 24-hour gym and dynamic spinning studio cater to fitness enthusiasts of all levels, while our versatile multipurpose and group fitness room offer diverse exercise options.

Step into our seasonal outdoor aquatic area, featuring a heated 50-meter pool, a 20-meter learn-to-swim pool, two waterslides, and a children's waterplay pool with exciting features.

We're open year-round, and from 1st October to 30th April, our heated outdoor pools ensure a comfortable swimming experience.

**About the role**

As a Duty Manager at Oak Park Sports and Aquatic Centre** **you will have delegated authority of the Centre Manager, and will maintain a broad knowledge of centre programs and services whilst at the same time managing a range of centre functions whilst on shift which may include;
- Maintaining a focus on ‘Big Picture’ issues Centre wide
- Maintain a working knowledge and understanding of Centre’s Emergency Action Plan
- Working autonomously as well as being an active leader

This is a seasonal casual position and the hourly rate is $38.43 + super.

**About you**

**Essential Qualifications**
- First Aid Certificate
- CPR Certificate
- Pool Lifeguard

**Other Desired Qualifications or Knowledge**
- Knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety Legislation is an advantage
- Previous experience in a similar facility in a supervisory role is desirable
