- Support the goals of care for the residents in the service in partnership with each resident and/or their representative
- Identify barriers that prevent consumers from participating in meaningful and enjoyable activities
- Encourage the wellbeing and independence of residents by supporting them to engage in preferred activities and interestsEmbody a person-centred approach, recognising and promoting the individual
- 's unique goals and preferences

- It is a mandatory requirement for a team member working in the Aged Care sector to have a valid Police Check or a valid National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) check, or potentially both, to undertake the inherent requirements of the role.
