**ABOUT THE COMPANY.**

This company is a reputable and highly recognised company well known and respected in the building industry for their reputation operating across NSW and delivering projects valued $20M to $100M across multiple sectors. This company specialises in the delivery of high-end residential, commercial, and retail projects. They are looking to employ a driven Site Foreman to oversee the delivery of a high-rise residential project valued above $20M from start to finish. They have an extensive history for developing their team members into leadership roles in the industry, making it well suited for anyone who holds career progression and stability as high priority.

**ABOUT THE POSITION.**

This position will report directly to a Site Manager and will oversee on-site construction activity. You will be working on this project from start to finish and will place much focus on ensuring the site is in accordance with WHS legislation and delivered on time. You will be supported by a team consisting of a Senior Project Manager, Site Manager, Project Coordinator

**DUTIES.**
- Oversee day to day running of project site
- WHS Management and compliance
- Subcontractor Management and programme management
- Structures and finishes focus
- Toolbox talks, site inductions, and more

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**.
- Trade qualification
- Demonstrated project experience above $10M
- Showcase a strong track record of stability with previous employers
- High-rise residential experience is highly desirable
