An exciting opportunity has arisen for a **Full-Time Strata Associate **to join our Gold Coast team.

**This is not your ordinary strata management role.**
- Your duties will include administrative support to the strata managers.
- Assist with drafting correspondence, reviewing agreements and by-laws.
- Review meeting agendas and minutes when received.
- Be familiar with the portfolio of all MLR properties.
- Assist with compliance matters.
- Attend AGM and committee meetings with the strata manager when required.

**Your skills should include**:

- 2 - 3 years strata assistant experience
- Administration experience
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent communicator
- Strong attention to detail
- A positive 'can do' attitiude
