**SUSE is looking for highly motivated individuals to join our SDR team. This**
**individuals with a competitive attitude. You will be joining a team that is**
**passionate about solving problems, working with bleeding edge**
**technology, and continually improving company processes and culture.***:
**You will be responsible for baseline metrics that include a mixed cadence**
**as scoping out targeted accounts for outbound/inbound prospecting.**
**There is no ceiling for successful SDR's at SUSE. This is not your typical**
**sales development team. The team is built around people who want to**
**cultivate ironclad relationships, develop success both personally and**
**professionally.**:
Primary Focus:
- Will run both Transactional and Strategic campaigns for Named Accounts within a particular geography/industry
- All inbound leads that are identified as Named Accounts will be matched and routed to the dedicated SDR.
- Any inbound lead that is NOT identified as a Named Account will be managed via SDR round robin for qualification.
- Once qualified, the lead will be routed to the appropriate Regional Director for distribution to the AE.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage both Inbound and Outbound prospecting campaigns to provide highly qualified SQOs to designated Account Executives.
- Generate appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting to accounts (> 5000 employees / revenue band).
- Collaborate with the sales team members to penetrate ABM targeted accounts with innovative and strategic approaches based on territory.
- Work directly with sales and marketing to drive prospects through the pipeline.
- Research & identify new accounts, contacts and opportunities with Segment.
- Follow-up diligently and methodically on all prospective leads
- Utilise Salesforce & Outreach.io to ensure activities are documented properly

having previous experience with self -study and e-learning will be
beneficial as well.
As you will be entrusted with a geographical territory to develop new
business for our account executives, you’ll understand the importance of
accountability, excellent communication skills and proper follow up. Most
importantly, a desire to contribute is an absolute must. Additionally, you
must also speak fluent English and native German.
