**About the role**:
Join Aruma Facilities Management as our Commercial Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in driving commercial excellence across contract management, procurement, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. As a key member of our leadership team, you will work collaboratively to unlock value and explore new opportunities within our operations.

In this dynamic position, you will implement and contribute to our commercial strategy, ensuring financial sustainability while achieving key performance indicators. Your responsibilities will include supporting the establishment of best practice guidelines, overseeing compliance with ISO standards, and leading the budgeting and forecasting process. You will implement a contract management lifecycle framework, monitor performance, and champion a data-driven approach to uncover new commercial opportunities.

As a Commercial Manager, you will partner with operational teams, providing insightful financial analysis and recommendations to enhance profitability and customer outcomes. Your role will also involve reviewing contracts, managing risks, and fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to build a robust commercial culture.

**About You**:

- Strong Commercial and Management Accounting experience ideally 5+ years in a fast-paced and complex environment including experience in Commercial Management including Property & Fleet, Procurement & Commercial Analysis, Strategic Contract Sourcing, Commercial Negotiation, Risk Management, Contract Management, Legislation & Regulatory Compliance, Contract Law and Cost Management.
- Demonstrates a commitment to Aruma Values and Code of Conduct.
- Ability to travel Nationally as required.
- Ability to obtain Defence NV2 Security clearance.
- MBA or bachelor’s level business management or commerce qualification; preferred.
- Bachelor’s level law qualification; preferred.
- CA/CPA Qualification; preferred.
- Ability to partner, coach and develop employees.
- Demonstrated experience in contract management.
- Data savvy with outstanding numeracy and analytical skills.
- Excellent presentation skills in presenting results of commercial analyses.
- Brilliant communicator in the preparation of high-quality written reports, policies, action plans correspondence and other documentation as required.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated commitment to customer service and business improvement.
- High level computer literacy in Microsoft 365 and financial software systems.
- Drive innovation and best practice throughout the supply chain.
