A global IT company, is seeking an energetic individual to join their National Sales Support team based in Sydney.

You will enjoy an excellent working environment providing support to the company’s Sales team and their Retail/Distribution accounts.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage customer delivery schedules
- Handle customer enquiries and provide training support
- Provide administrative support to the Sales team
- Maintain online pricing information
- Promote companies range of products and services

**Essential Skills**
- You will have a strong understanding of customer relations, possess professional telephone manners, and be responsive to customer enquiries.
- At least 2 years’ experience in a customer service environment, with an ability to deal with a variety of retail and distribution clients will be an advantage.
- Experience in managing a sales order process with strong attention to detail is a must.
- Must be proficient with productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Microsoft Outlook, web-based tools), with the ability to learn new IT systems.
- Must be a proven team player who can work with minimum supervision and have the ability to priorities and deliver results.
- Applicants must have the appropriate authorisation to work in Australia_
