**About the role**

Are you an experienced customer service professional looking to contribute to a dynamic healthcare environment? The Business Service Centre at Eastern Health is seeking a dedicated team member to join on a permanent part-time basis.

Ideally, you will have previous experience in a customer-facing reception or administration role within the healthcare sector.

**Work Schedule & Locations**
- Business Service Centre (Permanent Part-Time) - Based at Maroondah Hospital
- Mondays: 07:00-15:00 (8 hours)
- Tuesdays: 07:00-15:00 (8 hours)
- Opportunity to train at Box Hill Hospital

**About you**

To be successful in this role you will possess:

- Exceptional customer service skills and previous experience in customer service role
- An interest in healthcare, previous experience in the health environment would be advantageous but not essential
- A team focus with the ability to work well as part of a diverse team
- Strong computer skills
- An eagerness to learn and develop your skills
- Flexibility to work additional hours would be beneficial
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Extremely reliable with a strong work ethic

- Healthcare workers are strongly recommended to follow COVID vaccination recommendations provided in the _Australian Immunisation handbook (based on ATAGI advice)_.
