**The Role**

We’re looking for a** Product Analyst** to join our product team. In this role, you’ll help us make data-driven decisions, uncover customer insights, and identify opportunities to improve our product. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to learn, grow, and work alongside experienced product managers and designers. The salary for this role will be $80,000.

**What You’ll Do**
- Collaborate with the product team to analyze user behavior and identify trends.
- Gather, interpret, and present data to inform product decisions.
- Help build and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor product performance.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities.
- Work with cross-functional teams (engineering, customer success, marketing) to support product initiatives.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for improving the user experience.

**Skills, Experience and Qualifications Required**
- 5+ years experience as a Product Analyst
- Strong analytical skills and a passion for problem-solving.
- Basic experience with data analysis tools (Excel, Google Sheets, or similar).
- Eagerness to learn tools like SQL, Tableau, or product analytics platforms.
- Interest in SaaS products and healthcare technology.
- Clear and concise communication skills.
- [Optional but preferred] A bachelor’s degree in a related field (business, data analytics, computer science) or equivalent experience.
