**Guest Services Host**

**$24.82 per hour Part Time Fixed Term**

**Movie World, Oxenford Gold Coast**

**About the role**:
You will participate in the day to day operation of the Guest Services Office at Movie World Gold Coast by answering guest queries, resolving and following up complaints and responding to and participating in emergency situations.

**Duties**:

- Previous experience in a similar role, with a professional attitude and exceptional level of customer service essential
- Organised individual with strong administrative skills
- Proven conflict resolution and complaint handling skills
- Ability to use initiative to solve problems quickly and efficiently
- Advanced interpersonal skills both written and verbal
- Team focus with a high level of confidentiality
- Cash handling experience essential
- Provide First Aid and Provide CPR certification essential, or you must be willing to undertake this training at your own expense
- Must be able to work on any day, including weekends, evening functions and school holidays

**Skills and Experience**:

- Prior experience in a similar front of house operational role would be an advantage
- To communicate professionally and effectively with guests at all times
- Demonstrated experience in dealing with guests with injuries
- The ability to navigate around the Accesso system an advantage
- Demonstrated ability dealing with guest complaints and resolution process
- Possess the ability to multi task
- Display good communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a small team environment
