G&P provides support to other governance and compliance activities, including right to information and privacy, records management, and the development and review of university policies.

The Department administers the University’s integrated planning process and enterprise risk management, reports on corporate performance (key performance indicators), and manages institutional rankings. G&P provides guidance on quality activities as they relate to the national regulator (the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency), including managing compliance with mandated higher education standards.
