**The Role**

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, this role will see you manage daily administrative duties associated with the despatch and transport of orders from our warehouse to our stores, other businesses divisions, and end customers.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Allocate and wave all orders as per provided pick schedule and order priority
- Distribute orders to picking team
- Ensure all despatches are recorded and dispatched within specified timeframes
- Use systems including our WMS, carriers portals and reporting tools accurately and efficiently
- Booking of third party transport
- Ensure that all accompanying documentation is accurate
- Assist with customer enquiries regarding warehouse related activities
- Assist as required with the receipt of incoming goods, inventory control and any other despatch related activities
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholder's

**About You**

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:

- Previous warehouse/despatch experience
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office programs
- WMS experience
- Able to complete office-based work, as well as lift and move stock and other items up to 15kg
- High level of organisational skills
- Customer service minded
