**Mamamia are currently looking for a Head of Influencer.**
**About the role**
The Head of Influencer will be responsible for the national Influencer revenue target within the Squad department.
You will be responsible for setting and executing effective sales strategies across the influencer stream, driving revenue growth, customer acquisition and retention. Alongside the Group Head of Squad you will identify new revenue generating opportunities and implement these nationally.
You will drive high level market coverage of the Squad Influencer offering at a national level with direct clients and agencies at senior levels and also manage the Influencer Sales team, responsible for their development and delivery of targets.
You will have a strong focus on understanding the client's objectives and risks and can effectively communicate this to internal teams. Specifically, the Mamamia Sales team to ensure they have a strong understanding of the Squad offering and we are uncovering opportunities to build deeper relationships with our clients and deliver high retention.
- Deliver national Influencer revenue targets both quarterly and yearly by working with the influencer sales team to drive revenue generating opportunities
- Provide strategic direction for the influencer sales team identifying the best opportunities for growth
- Lead sales performance through coaching, motivation and development of sales team
- Relationship management, foster new and existing relationship with key market stakeholders to drive new business opportunities
- Lead high level pitches and negotiations both alongside the Group Head of Squad and in isolation.
**About you**
- Minimum 7 years in a senior commercial position.
- Results and performance driven with strong analytical skills
- Superior networking, presentation and communication skills
- Strong negotiation and decision making ability
- experience in developing and executing a successful sales strategy
- Dynamic and engaging people leader with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
- Proven ability to source and acquire new business and identify new revenue opportunities.
- Strong commitment to the improvement of processes and campaign performance with the ability to problem solve creatively.
- Can work under pressure and shows a high level of agility required to work in a flexible team
- Positive mental attitude with the ability to impress clients and co-workers every day.
